Tricky Lake
Tattoo artist, illustrator, teacher, and lifelong maker of strange, beautiful things.
Tricky’s work is grounded in drawing and built through collaboration. Her tattoo practice moves easily between delicate blackwork, botanicals, surreal imagery, folklore, miniature realism, color, and large-scale custom pieces.
Room 315 grows from the same philosophy as The Illustrated Woman Apothecary: curiosity, intention, accessibility, and the belief that art can hold memory, transformation, humor, grief, devotion, and wonder all at once.
